Requirements

  • At least fifteen (15) years’ work experience five (5) years of which should be at a management level;
  • Bachelors Degree in any of the following disciplines: Marketing, Business management, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
  • Masters Degree in any of the following disciplines: Marketing (marketing option), Business management, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
  • Membership to a professional body; Marketing Society of Kenya or Chartered Institute of Marketers or any other related field;
  • Certificate in a Leadership Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution;
  • Proficiency in Computer applications; and
  • Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution. Applicants with indepth understanding in the coffee value chain specifically in international coffee trading and marketing experience will be an added advantage.
